Tension / Trauma Releasing Exercises® (TRE)
A technique of fatiguing muscles around the psoas muscle (the emotional/trauma center of the body) to release tension and reset the autonomic nervous system to the parasympathetic (“rest and digest”) mode.

I can provide your expertise in Buteyko Breathing (for Asthma, Sleep Apnea, Panic), Neurodynamic Deep Transformation breathing, to techniques to quickly work with symptoms of anxiety, depression, craving, and impulsive behavior.

Trauma-Sensitive Forest Therapy (based on Shinrin Yoku)
A form of nature therapy, a broader term that relates to “forest bathing” or Shinrin-yoku, which combines a range of sensory-centric exercises toward relieving stress and improving overall health and well being. You will use invitations, senses, elements and sit spot meditations to deeply connect and influence your autonomic nervous system, natural killer cells, cortisol levels and so much more.
