Method - some of them in small doses

I have collected and developed a set of tools in response to events that have affected my own life—recovering from various childhood and adult maladies and traumas. I apply some of them in small, realistic doses every day to maintain a consistent state of personal, emotional, mental and physical equilibrium.


Struggles are real for everybody. My intention is to work with others to help them find their own way toward the balance I have found so they can live a life of wellness. This work is based on an understanding that each person’s journey requires an individual recipe that integrates a set of specific ingredients that resonate with them and will give them the daily tool they need to reach their goals.
