In this 2 hour session you will breathe your way through a 1 hour cycle of circular breath while connecting with Mark as he facilitates the process, connecting you to deeper states of awareness. You may receive "downloads" or messages, while releasing blocked energy like emotions and physical tension. Mark will then send you an email with all of the notes, affirmations and connections you experienced for further integration
