Service Description

Join US (mark & sheree) for this powerful workshop that combines the releasing of tension held deep within the body, with a rewiring of the neural pathways in the brain. Held tension may be caused by held stories and experiences that in turn influence the nervous system towards Fight, Flight or Freeze. Mark will lead you into the tension/trauma releasing exercises (TRE) which can flip the nervous system towards Rest and Recover, causing the mind to untangle and provide the space to create a new narrative. Sheree will then guide you into a deep meditation which incorporates the science of neural plasticity and clinical hypnosis.
